SHIPPING & HANDLING
Any orders made through this Website will be shipped to the billing address via ground in the continental USA. Shipping cost is calculated based on the order placed.
We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Payment for the products may be made through the secured payment system integrated through the Website. No products will be shipped until payment is received and cleared.
Processing for orders placed by 11 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin on the same business day or next business day in the event of a weekend or national holiday. Orders will require three (3) business days to process once payment clears and will be shipped via ground by carrier of choice by JMC and will require signature at delivery. Orders received 11:01 am PST and after will begin processing the following business day. PLEASE NOTE: Large orders may be shipped through Less Than Truckload (“LTL”) freight in which a delivery appointment time will be necessary. A representative from JMC will contact you to arrange delivery in the case your order will be shipped through LTL freight.
Please note that JMC has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders for any reason. JMC is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer on www.JVCsmart.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As JMC’s customer, your satisfaction with our Product(s) is important to us. You may return Product(s) to JMC provided that you notify JMC via email and/or phone at the designated contact below, within fifteen (15) business days of your receipt of the Product(s). JMC will refund your actual purchase price less a shipping/handling/restocking fee of fifteen per-cent (15%) of the actual purchase price of the returned Product(s) following receipt by JMC of the returned Product(s) at JMC’s designated return address.
ALL returns require original packaging, all accessories and components, and a Return Authorization (“RA”). In the event the returned Product(s) is in damaged condition, JMC reserves the right to decline the issuance of a refund. Please contact support@JVCsmart.com or call 888-582-8870 for a Return Authorization and additional inquiries on Returns and Refunds.
Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days from JMC’s receipt of the returned Product(s) to process any applicable refunds. JMC will not be responsible for any additional delays caused by your bank or credit card processing time.
If you receive a Product that is different than what you ordered, or is defective, it must be reported to JMC’s support at support@JVCsmart.com or 888-582-8870 within five (5) business days of your receipt; in these situations, JMC will provide you with a return shipping label and will not charge any shipping/handling/restocking fees.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you as the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY CAN ALSO BE FOUND ONLINE AT WWW.JVCSMART.COM/SUPPORT.
The Product is manufactured exclusively by Shenzen MTC Co. Ltd. (“MTC”), under license from JVC Kenwood. MTC is solely responsible for performance and quality of the Product, and for the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
MTC WARRANTS THAT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE-YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. MTC LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD (AS DEFINED BELOW). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. MTC’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW.
WHO MAY USE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY? This Limited Warranty only applies to the consumer who originally purchased the Product ("you"). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product. This Limited Warranty is valid only the United States of America.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER? This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the Product for the Warranty Period, subject to the limitations contained in this Limited Warranty.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER? This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage caused by: (a) improper connections to other equipment; (b) improper connections to the Product; (c) improper power input or power surge; (d) customer abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident; (e) improper use or operation of Product or failure to follow instructions outlined in the user manual for ordinary adjustments to the Product by the customer; (f) signal reception problems caused by external antenna, cable or satellite system; (g) problems from any connectivity issues or speeds from Wi-Fi or Ethernet (if present in the Product) due to customer’s internet equipment or ISP; (h) damage from transportation or storage of Product; (i) failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (j) modifications to Product; (k) unauthorized repairs; (l) normal wear and tear; (m) use of the Product as a rental, or (n) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond MTC’s reasonable control. This Limited Warranty does not cover the transportation costs related to the return of the Product for repair or replacement.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE? This Limited Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year (the "Warranty Period"). A dated proof of purchase will be required for Warranty coverage in the form of a receipt, bank, or credit card statement reflecting the Product purchased. The Warranty Period is not extended if MTC’s designated service agent JMC Electronics, LLC (“JMC”) repairs or replaces the Product.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY? With respect to any defective Product during the Warranty Period, JMC will, in JMC’s sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such Product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such Product. MTC will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement Product to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY ALLEGATIONS OF BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. MTC and JMC’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL MTC OR JMC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
JVCsmart Care Warranty
The Website may offer JVCsmart Care; an extended warranty coverage plan at an additional cost or no cost to you. The JVCsmart Care Warranty will extend the standard warranty for an additional 2 (two) years. Products must be registered on the Website within 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase to be eligible for claims within the extended warranty period.

You agree not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any proprietary or copyrighted information obtained from the Website in any manner.
Failure of JMC to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants outlined on the Website shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that JMC may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California in the County of Orange, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. The entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof is embodied on this agreement and no other agreement relative hereto shall bind either party herein. Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

When placing an order online, your information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All of your payments are processed through a secured payment portal. Credit card, Paypal, and payment information is not stored directly by JMC. We do not keep or have access to that information.
